Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 29, 2026
Last Updated: September 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications, websites, and related services published or operated by İsmail KURT (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), unless a specific application provides a separate privacy policy.
This copy of the policy is published at jewelcheckapp.com for the iOS application Jewelry Identifier: JewelCheck and for this website. Where the policy refers to "the application" or "the Services", it covers JewelCheck and jewelcheckapp.com.
In this Privacy Policy, our mobile applications, websites, and related services are collectively referred to as the “Services.”
The features and data practices of each application may vary. Not every category of information or third-party service described below is used by every application. Data is collected only when required for the features available in the application you use.
By using our Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We May Collect
Depending on the application and the features you use, we may collect or process the following categories of information.
Information You Provide
You may choose to provide information such as:
- Images, photographs, screenshots, documents, audio, video, text, prompts, notes, or other content submitted for processing
- Information entered into forms or application features
- Preferences, settings, and customization choices
- Messages and information included in support requests
- Feedback, ratings, or survey responses
Please avoid submitting sensitive or confidential information unless it is necessary to use a particular feature.
Photos, Camera, Microphone, and Files
Some applications may request access to your camera, photo library, microphone, or files when required for a feature you choose to use.
Access is requested through the permission system provided by your device. We do not access these resources without permission. Where supported, you may select individual items instead of granting access to your entire library.
Content selected or created by you may be processed on your device or transmitted to our servers and service providers to perform the requested feature.
AI-Processed Content
Some applications may provide artificial intelligence features.
When you use an AI-powered feature, the content you submit—such as images, text, prompts, documents, or related metadata—may be transmitted to our servers and to an AI service provider for processing and generation of a response.
The information sent depends on the feature you use. We use this information to provide the requested output, maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability.
Where required, the application will inform you before content is shared with an external AI service and request your permission.
You should not submit content containing personal, confidential, financial, medical, or otherwise sensitive information unless you are authorized to do so.
Purchase and Subscription Information
If an application offers purchases or subscriptions, payments are processed by the applicable app marketplace, such as Apple’s App Store or Google Play.

- Product or subscription purchased
- Subscription status
- Purchase and renewal dates
- Store transaction or receipt information
- Country, currency, and storefront information
- An anonymous or pseudonymous application user identifier
This information is used to verify purchases, restore purchases, provide premium features, prevent fraud, and manage subscriptions.

- Device type and operating system version
- Application version
- Language, locale, and time zone
- Internet Protocol address
- General network and request information

This information is used for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintaining the reliability of the Services.
Advertising and Analytics Information
Some applications may use analytics or advertising services. Where applicable, these services may process information about application interactions, advertising identifiers, device information, or advertising activity.
If tracking permission is required, the application will request permission through the platform’s tracking authorization system.
We do not use information for cross-app tracking or personalized advertising without the permission required by applicable law and platform rules.

- Downloaded or generated content
- Cached files
- Onboarding status
- Locally stored images or documents
You may be able to delete this information through the application, by deleting individual items, clearing application data, or uninstalling the application.
